Race description
TEC 200 miles is a challenging ultramarathon held in Tyresö, with start and turnaround at Alby Friluftsgård. The course is a 11.5 km loop offering hilly terrain, technical trails, and beautiful views of Lake Albysjön, Tyresta Nature Reserve, and Tyresö-Flaten. The race is part of the Tyresö Extreme Challenge, which offers several distances including Backyard Ultra, MiniUltra 46 km, 50 miles, and 100 miles.
