Tjurruset

Welcome to Tjurruset in Norra Djurgården – a fun and challenging cross-country race where the fighting spirit often matters more than a perfect running stride. The course offers forest trails, muddy passages, wet sections, and technical elements; choose between 5 or 10 km as an adult. For children, there is Kalvruset (approximately 3 km) and Lilla Kalvruset (approximately 700 m). The event is organized by Marathongruppen together with local athletics clubs and is open to both beginners and experienced participants.

Practical information: warm showers in tents are available a few minutes walk from the finish line, as well as simple rinsing facilities immediately after finishing. There are clothing disposal stations for items that may not be taken home. Kalvruset has a medical first aid team on site, and all children receive a medal with the year. The organizer is Marathongruppen in collaboration with Hässelby SK and Spårvägens FK; profits go back to sports.
