Öland Lighthouse Challenge

Öland Lighthouse Challenge is an ultramarathon on Öland starting at the Långe Erik lighthouse. The race options are 100 miles, 50 miles, and 50 km, and the course features coastal stretches, meadows, forest areas, and alvar landscapes with views of the Baltic Sea. The race is organized by Högby IF and offers a medal and a shirt to all finishers. Information, race briefing, maps, and GPX files are published on the race website for participants.

Medal and shirt for all finishers; water stations/energy depots approximately every 20 km; race briefing, detailed maps, and GPX files published (race briefing updated 2026-03-13, maps updated 2026-03-12); labels for drop bags available; 15% discount on accommodation at Böda Sand (use "Lighthouse Challenge"); late registration until May 27 subject to availability and possibility to pick up race bibs/register on Friday from 13:30; payment at late registration/kiosk: cash, card, or Swish. 15% discount on Böda Sand accommodation during the weekend (use Lighthouse Challenge when booking). Registration deadline: May 22, 2026; thereafter, spots available until May 27. Late registration fees: 100 miles 1590 SEK, 50 miles 1090 SEK, 50 km 690 SEK.
