Race description
BAMM (Björkliden Arctic Mountain Marathon) is a mountain orienteering race in the Björkliden/Riksgränsen area where participants compete in pairs (men's, women's, or mixed teams). The race takes place in rugged mountain terrain over large areas and is designed for adventure and orienteering in a mountain environment. The event is presented in collaboration with the main partner OMM and includes practical information about travel, accommodation, and the program on the race website. The site is aimed at orienteers seeking a challenging competition experience in Arctic mountain terrain.

Practical travel information is available on the website: options to book transfer from Kiruna Airport to Hotel Riksgränsen (connection to SAS/Norwegian), as well as return transfer. Train travel via SJ to Riksgränsen (about 18 hours from Stockholm) and Riksgränsen train station is approximately 100 meters from Hotel Riksgränsen.
