Vårruset Stockholm

Vår Ruset Stockholm is part of Sweden's largest fitness tour for women and is held on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, in Northern Djurgården. The race offers selectable distances of 2.5 km or a certified 5 km course and is suitable for both recreational runners and experienced athletes. The event has a warm, community-oriented character with the opportunity to register teams and end the evening with a picnic after the finish line. Registration is done digitally and the same price applies whether you choose timing or not.

A medal, finish bag, Vårruset music quiz with prizes, bib number, and (for those who choose it) official timing are included; timing can be opted out of so results are not published. Team registration (5 persons) includes a picnic after the finish; all team members can run different distances. Recommended ages: 5 km from 13 years (11 years with adult supervision), 2.5 km from 11 years (7 years with adult supervision). Registration is binding and the registration fee is non-refundable upon cancellation. There is also a digital race for participants who cannot attend physically (with medal mailed after the tour). Bib numbers are sent by post to the address provided in the registration before a specified date; any surplus proceeds go 100% back to sports.
