Bokskogen premiere A fast course in a new area that allows you to run your personal best and maybe even see a SpriT Frontyard world record! A small, moderately technical trail at the start and a lovely 250m hill after 600m. Bokskogen at its best!!!

First lap you have 10 minutes Second lap 9'40'' Third 9'20'' ... Will anyone be able to run 21K? Everyone can participate! – You’ll probably manage at least 5 or 10K

When: Torup (at the parking lot Kejsarvägen) Date: 03/08 - 9:00 AM

Water / cola and always some other nice "food" at the lap turn Prizes to ... many/most Registration fee: 230 SEK - Limited number of spots!!!
