The charity race "Lena's Run for Life" has broken all previous records and raised an incredible 0.5 million kronor for ovarian cancer research. A record number of participants got involved by walking and running to support this important research. The Lena Wäppling Foundation is the initiator of the annual charity race, where every collected krona goes directly to ovarian cancer research. Participants accumulate kilometers by walking, jogging, or running for one hour, with the goal of collectively reaching a lap around the world.
