Kolmårdstrailen

The Kolmårdstrail is a hilly and experience-focused trail run in the scenic Kolmården with technical trails, rocky outcrops, and many elevation meters. You can choose between courses of approximately 21 km, 11 km, and 6 km (as well as a children’s course of 500 m). The course is described as challenging but close to nature - passing through Rödgölens Nature Reserve and offering fine views from Kolmården’s highest point. The organizer emphasizes the experience and provides services such as a water station and the option to download GPX data for your watch.

Regular registration until May 3; late registration online until May 6 and thereafter on site (race day) from 09:00 to 11:00, payment in cash or via Swish. GPX data for the courses can be downloaded. Water stations are available after approximately 7.5 km at the Scout Cabin. A children’s run of about 500 m is available for children up to 10 years old. For the Kolmården Night Trail: bring a headlamp, the course is marked with reflectors, no shower facilities, and chanterelle soup is served at the finish. The organizer offers cancellation and accident insurance as an optional add-on. Kolmården races in the series include Kolmården Vertical (5 km, 300 meters of elevation), Swimrun Kolmården, Kolmården Night Trail (9 km), and Luciatåget (7.5 km). Results are available online, and several distances are emphasized during the event.
