Race description

In connection with the 100th anniversary of the Finland-Sweden Cup in August, all running enthusiasts have a unique opportunity to be part of the event through the 5-kilometer Finnkampen Run. The race is open to recreational runners and gives participants the chance to compete in the yellow Sweden jersey and finish at Stockholm Stadium. After the recreational run, an After Run will be held at the Stadium, while the first events of the Finland-Sweden Cup take place, including the 10-kilometer road race and the high jump for the multi-event athletes. All participants are welcome to stay and cheer on the runners while enjoying the After Run.

Highlights

  • The Finnkamp Race is a 5-kilometer event open to recreational runners, where everyone has the chance to feel like part of the Finnkamp team.
  • The start of the race will take place near the Stadium, and the finish will be inside the historic arena.
  • There will also be a children's and youth race over 2 kilometers for the age groups 10–12 years and 13–16 years.
