Victorialoppet 2026

Victorialoppet in Borgholm is Öland's major running festival and offers races for the whole family - from Mini for the youngest to the main race of 9 km. The running event has a long tradition and donates part of the proceeds to Crown Princess Victoria's fund; there is also a virtual running option. The start for Mini, Lilla, and Victoriajoggen is from Kungsgatan by Borgholm's sports hall, and the event is characterized by a festival atmosphere with spectators, music, and seaside views. All participants receive information about bib distribution, changing facilities, and prizes in the participant information.

Bib distribution on race day at Borgholm's Sports Hall from 10:00 to 18:00. In the 9 km race, water is available along the course; musical entertainment at several locations. Prizes and commemorative plaques/medals are awarded according to category (Victorialoppet receives a commemorative plaque; Victoriajoggen and para categories medals; Lilla Victorialoppet medals, ice cream, and drinks). Changing and shower facilities: men/boys in Borgholm's Sports Hall, women/girls in Viktoriaskolan's gymnasium. Timing is done with disposable chips, and timing services are offered. From June 15, regular fees apply, and late registration after July 15 incurs higher fees; check-in times: 9 km by 18:00, 4 km by 16:45, 2 km/1.5 km by 15 minutes before start.
