Vårruset — Norrköping

Spring Ruset in Norrköping is part of Sweden's largest sports tour for women and invites you to an evening at Himmelstalund starting near Stadium Arena. The race is offered at 2.5 km or a certified 5 km course and suits both recreational runners and those who want to compete. Registration can be done individually or as a team (teams of five people get a picnic after the finish), and the organizer is Tjalve OK in Norrköping. The start time for the 2026 event is Tuesday, May 26 at 19:00.

Registration includes a medal, a finish bag, and a bib; timing is offered as an option (same price regardless of whether you choose timing or not).
