Vårruset — Karlstad

Spring Races in Karlstad is part of Sweden's largest fitness tour for women and offers a pleasant spring evening with distances of 2.5 km and 5 km. The race takes place in the area between Sundstagymnasiet and Sundstabadet and is suitable for those who want to walk, jog, or run. Registration can be done individually or as a team (a team of five people gets a picnic after finishing) and timing is optional during registration. The event is organized locally by IF Göta Karlstad in collaboration with Vårruset/Marathongruppen.

A medal, finish bag, Vårruset music quiz + prizes, bib number, and (for those who choose it) timing are included. Team registration (5 persons) includes a picnic after the finish; a team consists of five people, and all team members can run different distances. Recommended age: 5 km from 13 years (11 years with adult supervision), 2.5 km from 11 years (7 years with adult supervision). Registration is digital and can be done up until race day, no later than 1 hour before the first start. Training sessions: April 15 and May 6 at 18:00 at Skutberget. Payment is only by card. Collaborates with the Childhood Cancer Foundation according to the Vårruset concept.
