Vårruset Jönköping

Vår Ruset in Jönköping is an evening race held at Rocksjön in Knektaparken with distances of 2.5 km and 5 km (the 5 km course is measured). The race is open to participants of various ages and offers medals, finish bags, and bibs to registered participants. Timing is available as an optional choice and team registrations (teams of five) are offered with a picnic after the finish. The event is organized locally by IKHP Huskvarna and welcomes both recreational runners and experienced runners for a pleasant spring evening.

Team registration (5 persons) includes a picnic after the finish; individual and team registrations receive a medal, finish bag, and bib. It is possible to opt out of timing in the registration so that your result is not published. Recommended age: 5 km from 13 years (or 11 years with adult); 2.5 km from 11 years (or 7 years with adult). Free training sessions are held before the season (for example, March 19 at 6:30 PM at Rocksjöstadion). Registration is digital and can be done until race day, at least 1 hour before the first start. Local organizer: IKHP Huskvarna. The distances are 2.5 km or 5 km. Age recommendation: 5 km: 13 years (with adult 11 years); 2.5 km: 11 years (with adult 7 years). A team consists of 5 people; team leader fills in details and members fill in their details before team registration. Picnic after the race. Event area: Rocksjön in Knektaparken.
