Race description
VAIS Race is a pleasant cross-country race in the Fylleryd nature reserve organized by Växjö AIS every spring and autumn. There are two distances, 8.4 km and 4.4 km, where the long course follows large parts of the Trestugespåret trail and becomes hilly towards the end, while the short course follows the illuminated trail. The start for both courses is at VAIS-torpet at 6:30 PM, and the event concludes with coffee. The race is free for members of Växjö AIS; for non-members, the registration fee is 50 kronor.
