Race description
Sweden Runners IF warmly welcomes you to Uka Pain on May 22-23, 2026 in beautiful Älvdalen. The event offers several distances from 12 km up to 100 miles and includes the Swedish Trail Championships (28 km) as well as JSM (12 km). The competition center and finish line are at Hotell Älvdalen, and the courses run through Älvdalen's spectacular terrain, with both runnable trails and more technical sections. The event provides a real challenge and views from several mountain peaks.
Highlights

Additional information
Number bib, timing, energy and water stations, finisher medal, and participant T-shirt (register by April 30th for T-shirt). Number bib distribution takes place at The Running Company (Dalgatan 81F) from Friday, May 22. Bus transportation is offered between Hotell Älvdalen and Boggberget for 100 Miles participants (departure at 15:10). No on-site late registration. Name and category changes are possible until May 14. Mandatory equipment applies for 50 km, 100 km, and 100 miles. Maximum times and stop times are specified in the PM (e.g., max 9 hours for 28 km, 10 hours for 50 km, 20 hours for 100 km, 34 hours for 100 miles). Start times: Friday 16:00 - Saturday 02:00; drop bags allowed for 100 km and 100 miles; GPS trackers provided for 100 km and 100 miles; mandatory equipment applies for 50 km, 100 km, and 100 miles; competition center at Hotell Älvdalen.
