Mörksuggejakten TrailRun

Mörksuggejakten is a classic long-distance race in Rättvik, appreciated by both elite cyclists and amateurs. The main course is available as a 72 km route or a shortened 44 km variant and offers varied terrain with gravel roads, trails, and some steep climbs, along with beautiful views over Siljan. The course passes through locations such as Vidablick, Hedsåsens fäbodar, Enåns valley with narrow hanging bridges, as well as Dalhalla and Springkällan. The event also includes Lilla Mörksuggejakten for youth at Jarlområdet and is organized by IK Jarl.

Registration for competition classes is via RaceWeb; late registration is handled on RaceWeb between 08:30 - 12:00 (Lilla Mörksuggan). Number bib distribution for Lilla Mörksuggan: Jarlstugan Saturday, July 5th from 09:00 to 11:30; bibs with chips are used in competition and in leisure/family classes (kids, leisure/family no timing). Technical zone/lineman area is available at the arena between start and finish zones; medical personnel are on site (responsible Josefin Linell, tel. 076-796 39 69). Changing rooms and showers are available at Jarlstugan. The Mörksuggejakten TrailRun made its debut in 2017. The race is part of the Mörksuggejakten activities in Rättvik and coordinated with Lilla Mörksuggejakten; late registration and bib handling are according to plans for July 4, 2026.
