Uka Pain

Uka Pain is a series of trail races in Älvdalen with distances ranging from approximately 12 km up to 100 miles. Sweden Runners IF organizes the event, which in 2026 will also include the Trail Swedish Championships (SM/VSM) on 28 km and the Junior Swedish Championships (JSM) on 12 km. The races take place on marked trails with finish at Hotell Älvdalen and are designed to provide both challenge and experience in Dalarna. The event welcomes runners in several categories and offers services such as water stations, timing, and finisher medals.

Number bib, timing, energy and water stations, and finisher medals are included. Participant T-shirt is included if registered by 30/4-2026. Bus transport is offered for the 100 Miles (departure from Hotell Älvdalen around 15:10 to Boggberget). Number bib distribution at The Running Company on Friday 22/5; GPS trackers are issued to 100 km/100 miles participants. Mandatory equipment applies for 50 km, 100 km, and 100 miles. No late registrations on site. Race center and finish at Hotell Älvdalen; number bib can be picked up at The Running Company approximately 100 m from the hotel; distances include 12 km, 28 km, 52 km, 102 km, and 100 miles; drop bags allowed for 100 km and 100 miles; GPS trackers are used for 100 miles and 100 km; mandatory equipment applies for 50 - 100 km and 100 miles.
