Rynningeviken Längre 2026

Rynningeviken Longer is a timed race in the Rynningeviken nature reserve outside Örebro where participants run as far as they can in either three or six hours. The course follows scenic trails along Lake Hjälmaren and the Svartån river, is relatively technical but fast, and is just a stone's throw from the city center. The event is open to all running styles and levels - from walking to ultramarathon - and offers a community-filled day with support and energy stations. A separate KidsRun for the youngest is also included in the event.

Start times and mandatory briefings: 6-hour start at 11:00 (briefing at 10:45), 3-hour start at 14:00 (briefing at 13:45), KidsRun start at 11:30 (briefing at 11:15); Location: Old Oil Harbor below Nature House, parking along Oljevägen; Measurement is done with a transponder loaned at bib pickup (lost transponder charged at 800 SEK) and final measurement verified with a measuring wheel; No individual timing - results are distance covered at the time limit; Drinks/sports drinks from Umara and a well-stocked energy table (bars, fruit, chips, pickles, Tosca cake, etc.); No changing/shower facilities, public toilets at the start and about 1 km away; Registration only via partner AnmälMigNu (group and corporate registration via info@epictrail.se); Youth (born 2008 or later) receive 50% discount; KidsRun participants receive medal, Fanta, and ice cream. Course laps approx. 2412.5 meters with two bridges and a final 508-meter loop; energy/drinks provided (Umara); no changing/shower facilities; toilets near the start and after about 1 km.
