Musköloppet

Musköloppet is a long-standing running race in a spectacular archipelago setting, starting and finishing at Muskö Local Heritage Centre/Muskö IF’s clubhouse. The race usually attracts around 300 runners (about 400 including the youngest children) and has a friendly, homecoming atmosphere, with many taking the opportunity to meet relatives and neighbours. The event offers children’s and youth classes as well as recreational classes (5 km and 10 km) on varied surfaces, and takes place on Saturday, 11 July 2026.

Late registration is available at the start/finish area up to one hour before the race starts. Food and drinks are available at the start/finish. Directions by car and public transport, as well as parking information, are available on the “Find us” page. Around 300 runners usually take part (about 400 including the youngest children). Start/finish area at Muskö Local Heritage Centre/Muskö IF’s clubhouse; 5 km and 10 km courses with varied surfaces (approximately 50% asphalt, 40% gravel and 10% trail on one course; approximately 60% asphalt, 30% gravel and 10% trail on the other); merchandise, kiosk snacks, coffee, soft drinks and food from Micke’s Grill; late registration at the finish area up to one hour before the race starts.
