Race description
Fjällmaraton 100K is a long and classic mountain run that starts at dawn in Fångåmon and is part of Kia Fjällmaraton Årefjällen. The first part of the course is a beautiful, winding, and easy-to-run trail towards Vålådalen via Nulltjärn, before connecting to the classic Fjällmaraton route over the dominant Ottfjället. Runners continue over Hållfjället, Grofjället, and Välliste on the way back to the finish in Ottsjö. The race is demanding and self-sufficient - participants must manage their own fluids and nutrition between the official aid stations.

Additional information
All participants must be self-sufficient during the race - refilling at official aid stations or using natural sources; support outside the official stations is not allowed. Official sports drink: U Sport by Umara (lemon, mix 90 g/l) and gluten-free U-bars are available at stations. Important stations and approximate distances: Vålådalen 22 km, Nordbottnen 38 km, Ottsjö (drop bag) 51.5 km, Tobaksdalen 65 km, Edsåsdalen 77.5 km, Skavhugget 82.5 km, Ytterstvallen 92.5 km, Finish 100 km. Post-race food is served from Fävikens Lanthandel. Organizer runs Ottsjö 8K in the evening to create a good atmosphere at the finish line.
