Arctic Circle Race

Arctic Circle Race is an off-road race in the middle of the mountains where participants are flown out by helicopter to the start at Guijaure and run about 18 km along the Arctic Circle back to civilization. The race is a mix of adventure and competition and offers an optional helicopter transfer or the possibility to hike to the start on your own. The course is technical and varied with narrow trails, rock slabs and a short but steep ascent called "the Wall." Arctic Circle Race 2026 takes place on Saturday, August 8, 2026, and prices are listed separately for participants with and without a helicopter transfer.

Check-in, parkering och helikopterupphämtning vid Camp Polcirkeln, Polcirkeln 3, 93894 Arjeplog. Tidtagning görs med chip integrerat i nummerlappen. Första hjälpen och personal finns vid vätskekontrollerna och helikopter finns i beredskap för allvarliga incidenter.
