adidas Shake Out Run

Get a preview of the unique marathon atmosphere by running the adidas Shake Out Run. The race is 5 km long and starts and finishes at Stockholm Stadium. It is a perfect warm-up for those running the marathon the next day, but also an opportunity for others to experience the atmosphere during the event weekend. The first 1,000 registrants are guaranteed an adidas T-shirt in their chosen size.

The race is organized by the athletics clubs Hässelby SK and Spårvägens FK. Age limit 13 years (11 years with guardian). The first 1,000 registered participants are guaranteed an adidas T-shirt distributed during the race; others can visit the information desk after the race to see which sizes are available. Payment options: internet banking, Visa/MasterCard, Swish, or invoice via Klarna. Late registration is possible digitally until 1 hour before the first start. Minimum age 13 years; environmentally friendly transportation options to the event area (subway/bus or bicycle); registration is done via participant account; first come, first served—T-shirts and sizes are distributed at the information desk.
