NEW RACE 2026 Västerås Marathon offers three distances — 42 km, 21 km, and 10 km — on a flat and fast course through the heart of the city and along the beautiful shores of Mälaren. The course is a loop where you run 10 km per lap. Experience the joy of running in a well-organized event for all levels. The race is intended for everyone who enjoys running, from beginners to elites. All ages and paces are welcome, and we will have generous time limits to complete the race. Warm welcome!
Highlights
- The course will be a true city circuit that, with a single lap, will embrace a large part of Västerås.
- The start and finish are at Arosvallen, and the runners get the chance to see large parts of the city on trails, bike paths, and roads.
