Vårruset Uppsala

Vårruset Uppsala is a fun run for women offering distances of 2.5 km and 5 km with start and finish at Studenternas IP. The race is characterized by joy of movement and community and welcomes participants regardless of training background or level of ambition. It is possible to register individually or in teams, where teams registered receive a picnic after crossing the finish line. Vårruset has a long tradition since 1989 and is an inclusive environment where women can feel safe and inspired to participate.

Number bib distribution takes place May 3-5 at Intersport Boländerna. Picnic pickup is done with the team leader's bib number. The event area opens at 17:30 with sponsor booths and activities. There is an option to leave outerwear and shower at the arena. Water stations and toilets are available at the start and finish. The recommended age is 11 years for 2.5 km (in adult company from 7 years) and 13 years for 5 km (in adult company from 11 years). Registration is binding and can be done until race day, no later than 1 hour before start. The event offers optional timing, and all individual participants receive a medal, a finish bag, and a bib. The race is both fitness- and team-friendly and held in an inclusive atmosphere.
