Vårruset (Malmö)

Vårruset in Malmö is a fun run for women offering distances of 2.5 km and 5 km in a lovely spring environment in Slottsparken. The race is characterized by joy of movement and community and welcomes participants regardless of training background or level of ambition. There is an option to register individually or in teams, where teams registered receive a picnic after finishing. Vårruset is an inclusive and inspiring fitness movement that has existed since 1989 and continues to promote women's health and well-being.

Number bib distribution takes place at Intersport Emporia days before the race. There is an option to opt out of timing. Changing clothes is recommended to be done at home as there are no changing facilities on site. Clothing storage is available in a tent at the number bib distribution. Start and finish are on Kung Oscars väg in Slottsparken. Teams consist of 5 people, and all team members can run different distances. Teams receive a picnic after finishing. Registration is binding and can be done up to one hour before the start on race day.
