Vårruset (Halmstad)

VårRuset Halmstad will be held on May 6, 2026, at the Civil Airfield near Aleskogen in Halmstad. The event offers distances of 2.5 km and 5 km, with the 5 km route being measured and timing included. A medal, goody bag, and bib are included for individual participants, while team registration includes a picnic after the finish line, as well as a medal and quiz/prizes. Registration is digital, and the last day to register is on race day, at least 1 hour before the first start; age recommendations follow the distances and adult accompaniment. Vårruset is organized by Marathongruppen in collaboration with several athletics clubs; the event emphasizes an inviting, family-friendly atmosphere with opportunities for social activities afterward.
