The Vårruset is Sweden's largest fitness tour for girls and will take place on May 19, 2026, starting at 6:30 PM. Participants can choose between two distances: 2.5 km or 5 km, and the race will be held in Norra Djurgården, with the start and finish at Stora Skuggan. Since its inception in 1989, over 3 million girls have participated in Vårruset, which visits 19 cities across Sweden between May 4 and June 4, 2026. For team registrations, a festive picnic is included after crossing the finish line, and individual participants receive a medal, a finishers' bag, and access to the Vårruset music quiz.
