Vårruset is Sweden's largest fitness tour for girls, where over 3 million girls have participated since its inception in 1989. Between May 4 and June 4, 2026, we will visit 19 cities in Sweden, from Malmö in the south to Luleå in the north. Participants can run, jog, or walk 2.5 or 5 km. In Karlstad, known for its beautiful course, the event typically attracts several thousand women.
