The Vårruset is Sweden's largest fitness tour for girls and has attracted over 3 million participants since its inception in 1989. In 2026, we will visit 19 cities across Sweden, from Malmö in the south to Luleå in the north, between May 4 and June 4. Participants can choose to run, jog, or walk 2.5 or 5 km, and everyone who registers a team of five will be treated to a festive picnic after crossing the finish line. Registration for 2026 opens on December 2!
