The Värmland Relay is a two-hour relay where teams of 5–15 participants compete to transport their baton as far as possible. All teams start and finish at the same time, creating a fantastic sense of community and an opportunity to socialize and make new connections. The race takes place on a flat lap course around Sundstatjärn in Karlstad, where each lap measures just over 1,000 meters and exchanges occur after each lap. You decide how many times each participant runs, and all teams compete in the same category regardless of composition.
