Warmly welcome to the Varberg Summer Giro 2025, a cycling race usually held in July each year. The start is in central Varberg, and anyone can participate in the race, where all types of bikes are welcome. For 2025, a chip on the helmet is required for participants in the 32 km race for safety reasons. The race offers three distances: 110 km, 68 km, and 32 km, with support stations along the way to assist the cyclists.
Highlights
- The first 40 kilometers are relatively easy to navigate without any major hills, while the last 30 kilometers are on flat roads without significant elevation changes.
- Along the route, there are several aid stations to "refuel" with drinks and grab snacks, including a luxurious main station at Ästad Vingård.
- The age limit for participants is 10 years, and registration as well as the collection of race numbers takes place at the outdoor stage in Societetsparken.
