Uka Pain

UKA PAIN is a trail and ultramarathon race in Älvdalen, Dalarna, taking place during the weekend of May 22-23, 2026. The race offers several distances - 12 km, 28 km, 50 km, 100 km, and 100 miles - of which 28 km constitutes the Swedish Championship/Swedish National Championship (Trail-SM/VSM) and 12 km the Swedish Junior Championship (JSM) on May 23. The start and finish are located at Hotell Älvdalen, with the courses running through forest terrain in the area, marked with orange color. For longer distances, GPS trackers and dropbags are available, along with information on accommodation and registration via the official websites; some distances require special equipment, and participants are encouraged to bring their own cup at energy stations.
