Tolvanloppet

Tolvanloppet is a charming street race in Bromma, starting and finishing on Ålstensgatan. You can choose between a certified 12 km race course and an easier 6 km for recreational runners, as well as several children's categories from 150 m up to 6 km. The course is challenging with several steep climbs and strong spectator support along the way, and the event is organized by Bromma IF to benefit children's and youth activities. At the start/finish, festival atmosphere awaits with Stadium Active Zone, music, and activities for families.

Start and finish on Ålstensgatan; the first 600 m run straight down Ålstensgatan. Timing with data chip on bib (Racetimer). Minimum age 14 years (runners 16+ recommended); wheelchairs cannot be accepted; runners with strollers require special permission (contact johan@tolvanloppet.se). Bib distribution and start number information sent via email; group registration for 10+ runners available with discount (contact johan@tolvanloppet.se). Stadium Active Zone at Ålstens Schoolyard with activities for families. Four water stations; timing by Racetimer; bib distribution 08:00 - 12:00 on race day; start/finish area on Ålstensgatan; parking very limited; medal for all finishers; new course debate 2026 according to race information; directions via tram (Nockebybanan) to Ålstensgatan.
