SpriT Frontyard - Käglinge Night is a "relatively fast course" at Genarpsbadet, a mix of gravel paths, forest trails, and sand with no asphalt this year! It is a lightly undulating and moderately technical course that allows for quite fast running. If you want to test your ability to combine your speed and your running strategy, then this is absolutely the right competition for you! The lap is 1 km (Light Trail) and it should be run as many times as you can or until the clock stops you.
