On April 29, 2023, it's time for this year's edition of Springtime, the Mariestad city run, organized by Mariestads AIF and Korpen Mariestad. The race is held every year at the end of April or the beginning of May and offers participants the choice between two distances: 10 km and 5 km. For children up to grade 6, there are also two shorter courses: 700 m for preschoolers and younger children, and 1400 m for girls and boys in grades 1–6. The course has been officially measured by the federation's course measurer Raima Hartikainen and is part of the West Swedish Running Cup.
