S:t Hans Extreme

S:t Hans Extreme is a welcoming yet challenging trail run at S:t Hans Backar in Lund, taking place on Thursday, May 28, 2026. The race offers several categories for different levels and ambitions: Ultra (6 hours), 10 km, 5 km, and a shorter loop of 2.5 km, as well as team competitions. The course is technical with steep climbs per lap and suits both competitive runners and those seeking a tough training challenge. The regular online price applies until 18/5; late registration online from 18/5 to 25/5 at an increased price, and it is also possible to register in person at Löplabbet in Lund on 26/5 from 16:00 to 18:00 (discount in store) and at the race site on 28/5 (ultra categories 13:20 - 13:50, others 16:45 - 18:20) - payment preferably via Swish (Lunds OK's Swish number: 123 303 6787), cash in exact amount in exceptional cases. Runners from Lunds Orienteringsklubb pay a reduced fee (50 SEK). Team competitions: the fastest team is calculated over 40 km, and there is also a team competition for the longest total distance.
