Race description
Jämjöhalvan is a road race organized by Team Blekinge LF with distances ranging from children's races up to a half marathon, as well as a relay race (Jämjöhallen Relay). The half marathon and other races take place on a flat, spectator-friendly loop course around Jämjö and also serve as a qualifying race for events such as Göteborgsvarvet. The competition center and finish line are located at Jämjö Knowledge Center, and in 2026, the Veteran-SM in half marathon will be held in connection with the race. Welcome regardless of level - the race emphasizes running community and clear laps.

Additional information
Start/finish and competition center are at Jämjö Knowledge Center. Starts occur at different locations depending on the distance; half marathon and Jämjöhallen Relay start at 10:30, 10 km at 10:40, 5 km at 10:45, and children's race (500 m) at 12:45. The course traffic rule is right-hand traffic and overtaking occurs on the left side - runners not maintaining high speed are encouraged to stay to the right. In the relay race, the baton is exchanged at the relay exchange area near the lap turn; there is no registration on-site for the Jämjöhallen Relay. Late registration (for other distances) is open on race day from 08:00 to 10:00 at Jämjö Knowledge Center. Payment can be made in cash or via Swish. Start times: 21.1 km and Jämjöhallen Relay at 10:30, 10 km at 10:40, 5 km at 10:45, youth class 12-16 years at 10:45, children's race (12:45). Starting locations vary depending on the distance. No late registration for Jämjöhallen Relay. Finish/start is at Jämjö Knowledge Center. The course consists of a loop with water stations every 5 km in collaboration with Umara. Changing and shower facilities are available at Jämjö Knowledge Center from approximately 09:00. Open training sessions (free) are held on September 17 and October 15 before race day.
