Höstmilen

Höstmilen is a trail race in the Kolmården forests outside Åby, north of Norrköping, taking place on 1 November 2026. The course follows trails between Sörsjön and Lillsjön and offers scenic, challenging terrain for both competitive runners and recreational participants. The event is organised by OK Kolmården and has three main race options: the classic 10.6 km, Höstfemman 5.2 km, and races for children and young people.

Online registration closes on 29 October at 23:00; after that, it is possible to register on 31 October from 11:00 to 14:00 at XXL and at the start area on 1 November. For the classic Höstmilen, a bus runs from Jurslaskolan to the start at Sörsjön. The race information sheet will be published approximately one week before the event. The adult races have just two prize categories: Men and Women. A complete list of registered participants will be published on the “Registered” page. Distances and competition formats are 10.6 km, 5.2 km and children’s races (1.4 or 2.0 km); team, company and school competitions.
