Mio Helsingborg Night Run is the summer's most wonderful running celebration that starts when the sun goes down. A five-kilometer long party run in the magic of the early summer night, where music, light, and atmosphere take center stage. This year, the course once again runs along the beautiful Strandpromenaden in Helsingborg, with the start and finish right in the middle of Gröningen. You run by the sea, experience the festive atmosphere, and finish with an afterparty that leaves you feeling pumped. Hands in the air – we run the night!
