Falkenbergs Stadslopp

Falkenbergs Stadslopp is a popular 10 km road race through Falkenberg’s central streets and green spaces. The race takes place on Saturday, 25 July 2026, with a mass start at 12:00, and is suitable for both experienced runners and recreational participants. In 2026, the course has been rerouted because of municipal work at Doktorspromenaden. The event has a festive atmosphere, with spectators cheering along the course. It has been held for more than 40 years and is part of Tour de Falkenberg.

One distance: 10 km, with separate women’s and men’s categories; the course is officially measured by the Swedish Athletics Association. The prize ceremony is at approximately 13:00, and every finisher receives a medal. Self-seeded mass start, with start corrals marked by pace flags (e.g. 4:30/km). Water is available at the start and at two aid stations along the course. Race bibs can be collected at Team Sportia (Lokstallarna, Sandgatan 40) on Thursday and Friday of race week from 12:00 to 18:00, and at the start area on Saturday from 9:00. Bag drop is available at the start area from 10:00; bags must be collected by 15:00. Entry fees are non-refundable, but the organisers can help with name changes. The race is part of Tour de Falkenberg and is the 2026 district championship. The 10 km course runs through central Falkenberg; the start is on Läroverksgatan and the finish is at Nygatan/Stortorget. The course has been changed for 2026 because of Doktorspromenaden.
