Bunketorp Backyard Ultra Trail takes place in the picturesque Bunketorp (in Lindome south of Gothenburg) on lovely well-trodden paths and exercise trails through the forest. No asphalt, no gravel roads, and no long straight stretches. The course is beautiful, varied, and constantly winds between the trees, around hills, beside lakes, around bogs, and up and down the slopes. Participants run a course that is 6,706 m long with a start every full hour, where one must complete a lap within the current hour for it to count. The participant who completes the most laps wins, and the last lap must be a complete lap for the race to have a winner.
