Borås 6-Hour is organized annually by SOK Knallen - a timed race where participants on a circuit must run as far as possible in 6 hours. The race takes place around Ramnasjön in Borås, a beautiful and flat course that is usually sheltered from the wind. This year, Mikael Ekvall set a new Swedish and Nordic record with 94.45 km, while the best woman was Catrine Gunnarsson, who ran 69.79 km. It was a dramatic finish where only 550 meters separated the winner Jimmy Voxek from the second place.
