Blodomloppet (Visby)

Welcome to the Blood Race in Visby - a community race to raise awareness for blood donation where you can walk, jog, or run 5 km or 10 km, as well as participate in the Little Blood Race. The courses pass through Visby's cultural sites and are open to both individual participants and teams. The event is organized locally by VIF Gute Friidrott in collaboration with the Visby Blood Center and often concludes with a picnic and activities for participants.

Team registration (laganmälan) is available and costs 1,750 SEK until May 26; there is an option to register many participants via an Excel template that can be imported into the registration; the race promotes blood donation and provides information about blood donor gifts; local organizers: VIF Gute Friidrott (contact: Annie Gardell, Tel 0733 909722, email visby@blodomloppet.se) and the Blood Center in Visby (Tel 0498-26 84 53, email blodcentralen@gotland.se).
