Blodomloppet (Östersund)

Blood Donation Run in Västerås is a fitness race that highlights the vital importance of blood donation and welcomes participants to walk, jog, or run 5 km or 10 km. The race also offers the Little Blood Donation Run for children in two different distances. Start and finish are at Rocklundaområdet with clearly marked courses and flag marshals. After the race, participants gather for a communal picnic, strengthening the social community around an important cause.

The race can be entered individually or in teams of 3-5 people, where the team fee includes a picnic for the entire team. The Little Blood Donation Run has two start times for children aged 1-12, 17:15 for approximately 1400 m and 17:25 for approximately 500 m. Warm-up takes place in front of the stage around 17:00. All participants receive a medal and a goody bag from ICA Maxi Hälla. The courses are marked and flag marshals are positioned. Registration is binding and no cancellations are accepted. The event includes blood donor activities, the possibility to participate with a dog, as well as information about parking and storage. Participants can register individually or in teams, and there is an option to rent tents and flags for the event.
