Bålsta City Run is a pleasant race that offers participants the opportunity to run faster than before. The course is a 5 km loop that runs through central Bålsta and finishes at Gröna Dalen's sports field. It is 99% asphalt, with the exception of the final athletics track, and the course layout has been officially measured by the athletics federation's Birger Fält. Many participants have set their personal records on this course.
