Welcome to the eighth edition of the Rya Åsar Trail Run, taking place on Saturday, October 4, 2025. The event offers distances of 12 km, 5 km, as well as children's races of 1.8 km and 800 m. After the races, all participants will be treated to recovery energy in the form of snacks and refreshing drinks, and everyone will receive a medal. For the fifth year, the Rya Åsar Trail Run is part of the Trailrunning Sweden Trailtour, and the race will be held on an excellent course with a lead cyclist and volunteers to assist.
